Last known positions of casualties

Depending on the escalation stage movements of the ZIGPOS badges are recorded for security reasons. Just in case of an emergency the tracks of each badge can be retrieved from the database. Rescue and search forces can start working immedietly with the last known position of a tagged casualty.
